Tight Hamstrings

Part 6: The Truth About Tight Hamstrings

The hamstrings consist of three muscles on the back of the thigh; the semitendinosus, semimembranosus, and biceps femoris.  The hamstrings are the most commonly complained about muscle group in a stretch class. Almost everyone wants more flexible hamstrings.

I have the secret to lengthening your hamstrings and love sharing it with my clients.

You can benefit from this workshop if you…

  • … have been stretching your hamstrings for years and they are still tight.

  • … have injured your hamstring attachment in the past and are now concerned about how to create flexibility in a safe way.

  • … intend to stretch your hamstrings and feel the stretch in your lower back.

  • … work out really hard but don’t have time to stretch.
