Elite athletes track their HRV so they have an indication how well their body is adjusting to stress. Your HRV will let you know if your body is under stress; didn’t sleep well, getting sick, overtraining. HRV will indicate all of these factors days prior to physical symptoms. You can drastically improve your performance by knowing when to slow down and when to speed up, when to recover and when to build.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) indicates how emotional states are affecting our nervous system. HRV offers insight into the communication between the heart and brain, which directly impacts how we feel and perform. Using a heart rate monitor and a mobile app I will help you measure your HRV and offer ways to improve it.
